Heather McGlauflin is a Marine Corps veteran and former Paramedic who has always felt the call to help others. As a, life coach, and Reiki Master, Heather recognized that while medicine can stabilize the body, only heart-centered healing can reboot the soul. Inspired by the message of her award-winning debut, Hope’s Cape of Courage and the introduction of a Hope, the little girl whose healing journey allowed a powerful transformation enabling her to see the world in a new way, through different eyes; Heather has created an entire curriculum of stories specifically designed to help children navigate their big feelings and become emotionally resilient. This curriculum is designed to “nip these patterns in the bud” by giving children tools to regulate their emotions and life’s inevitable challenges, long before they become cycles that burdens and cripple adult lives. Heather currently resides in Bangor, Maine with her beautiful daughters, Kai and Evelyn, where she is dedicated to build a more hopeful world for the next generation.
